You submit a package choice, photo, and brief first. MOOVE TALK Property Vision reviews whether the request is feasible and may ask for clarification. If accepted, we confirm scope, deliverables, price, and timing, then send manual Interac e-Transfer instructions or a PayPal alternative. Delivery timing begins only after payment and complete information are confirmed. Submission is not acceptance, payment, or production.
Homeowner Vision includes one revision, Contractor Presentation includes two, and Contractor Reveal Package includes three revision rounds within the agreed scope. A new property photo, substantially different concept, or major scope change may require a separate quote or fee before work continues.
MOOVE TALK Property Vision visuals are conceptual planning, communication, and marketing aids only. They are not architectural, engineering, structural, legal, permit, construction, measurement, cost, safety, or quotation documents. Final construction results may differ; materials, dimensions, colours, lighting, landscaping, perspective, and site conditions can vary. Verify every construction decision with qualified professionals.
Customer photos and project details are handled privately. We do not publish customer images, finished concepts, or contact information without permission. Portfolio permission is optional, separate from purchase, and can be kept private, deferred for later discussion, or granted for a completed before-and-after without personal contact information.
Homeowner Vision is supplied for personal-use planning and communication. Contractor Presentation includes project-specific commercial presentation rights. Contractor Reveal Package includes commercial marketing use for the completed agreed-scope package. Finished deliverables may not be resold, represented as professional construction documents, or reused outside the agreed project without written permission.
Tell us as soon as possible if a project needs to change or stop. Because each concept is custom work, cancellation or refund requests are considered in light of approved scope, work already completed, and deliverables already supplied. We do not make guarantees that are inconsistent with the work already performed.
Submit only images you are authorized to share and lawful project requests. We may decline uploads or requests that are unsafe, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or outside this visual service scope.
